Age Scotland Inspiration Group Award 2018
This prestigious award was presented by Jackie Bird at the Age Scotland Annual Conference on Tuesday 20th March. Thank you to everyone for their part in achieving this national recognition for the work we do in the community. Sixteen members enjoyed a visit to the V&A in Dundee on Friday 8th March with lunch at Glendoick Garden Centre on the way home.
Corbenic Camphill Community
Bill Nicol will talk about the Corbenic Camphill Community which is situated four miles from Dunkeld.
Since 1978, it has provided a dedicated residential environment that meets the social, physical, emotional and economic needs of the adult residents.
The annual Christmas lunch will take place on Wednesday 18th December in the Salutation Hotel at 1pm at a cost of £19. Places can be booked and paid for at the October and November meetings.
